Welcome to FilisInRome Tutoring Collective. By using our website and services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Tutoring Services

All tutoring sessions are delivered online via professional video conferencing platforms. While we strive for the highest academic standards, we do not guarantee specific exam results or grade improvements.

2. Bookings & Cancellations

• Consultations: Initial 15-minute consultations are free of charge.
• Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours' notice for the cancellation of a paid session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged the full session fee.
• Late Arrival: Sessions will begin at the scheduled time. If a student is late, the session will still end at the original scheduled time.

3. Payments

Payments for tutoring sessions must be made in advance or within 24 hours of the invoice date, as agreed upon during your initial consultation.

4. Safeguarding & Conduct

We maintain a strict safeguarding policy. All our tutors are DBS checked. We reserve the right to terminate a session immediately if a student’s conduct is deemed inappropriate or disrespectful.

5. Intellectual Property

All resources, worksheets, and materials provided during sessions remain the intellectual property of FilisInRome Tutoring Collective and are for the student’s personal use only.
